Wolfberger Pinot Noir d’Alsace

This beautiful wine is made of Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are picked at their optimum ripeness. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine matures on lees.

Ruby-coloured Pinot Noir that shows a great aromatic intensity on the nose with aromas of red fruits, such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry. On the palate, the tannin are present and mellow, with a good fruity persistence.

This wine accompanies grilled red meat, all kind of sausages and cheeses.
