Grape variety/Vinification
This wine consists of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Each grape variety is vinified separately, and are blended after the fermentation. 25% of the blend is aged in new American oak barrels for 4 months. The other 75% in stainless steel vats. After taking the wine off the barrels, it is aged for another 2 months in vats before the wine is being bottled.

Tasting notes
An intense ruby red colour. The bouquet shows elegant and complex aromas of ripe black fruits, blackcurrant combined with spicy notes such as liquorice and vanilla. On the palate it is a well-balanced wine with smooth tannins and a long finish.

Food pairing
Delicious to combine with red meat, cheeses and BBQ dishes.
