Sogno del Sud Nero d’Avola (Bio)

Baglio Gibellina dominates the valley and is surrounded by the hills of Salemi and Santa Ninfa. The landscape is covered with vineyards, olive trees, citrus trees and juniper bushes. The blue colour of the sky and sea on the horizon are the decor for a mixture of colours that are typically Mediterranean. The sunsets that can be seen from Baglio are spectacular. Half September the grapes for this Nero d’Avola are handpicked. After that they ferment in steel tanks with a controlled temperature of 15°C.

A deep red colour in the glass. In the mouth tastes of pomegranate and wild strawberries. The finish is soft and smooth with light tannin.

Delicious combination with pasta, risotto with mushrooms and beef.
