Grape variety/Vinification
Spanish sparkling wine produced according to the traditional method. The Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and Chardonnay grape varieties unite to create a sophisticated Cava. The grapes are harvested at night to avoid high temperatures and premature fermentation.

Tasting notes
This Cava is a shimmering gold with green glints in the glass. On the nose, this sparkling wine from Catalonia offers fine notes of yellow apple, grapefruit, toasted bread and yeast. The Cava Villa Conchi is warm, elegant and round on the palate, showing a light mousse, with a prolonged finish.

Villa Conchi Cava Brut is perfect as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment for salads, rice and light fish dishes.
