Chateau Rozier Saint Emilion Grand Cru

ƒ61,25

Château Rozier is a 23-hectare family-owned right bank estate which produces traditional Saint Emilion from vines which are on average 45 years old. Grapes are manually harvested and 8th generation owner Jean-Bernard Saby and his two sons are all oenologists who take great pride in the wines they produce.

This wine is characterized by its beautiful deep purple dress, a very fresh nose combining red and black fruit and toasty oak, a hint of vanilla. The suave, fleshy, tasty is carried by powerful but very elegant tannins. Chateau Rozier is to keep five years in the cellar but with aging potential of up to 15 years.

Serve with red meat, mild cheese or a chocolate dessert.
