Cielo Frizzante 9% Rose Veneto

General Info
This sparklinkg rosé wine consists out of the Prosecco and Raboso grapes. Prosecco wine originates from an area about 50 kilometers north of the Italian city of Venice, in the Veneto region. The grapes are harvested both manual and mechanical. The fermentation takes place using selected yeasts under controlled temperature. The wine is then matured in steel tanks. The sparkling process is done using the Martinotti/Charmat method.

Tasting notes
This Frizzante has a beautiful rosé color. The wine has a delicate nose with floral tones and elements of strawberry, raspberry and pears. The bubbles are light and easy with fruity and sweet notes.

Food pairing
Delicious combination with a creamy beet risotto or slow roast chicken with ovenbacked vegetables.
