Grape variety/Vinification
The grapes for this wine are picked at night, to capture as many flavours as possible. The vinification takes place by grape variety. This cuvée is composed of 2 grape varieties, namely the Ugni Blanc and the Colombard. These are typical Gascogne grapes.

Tasting notes
This is an excellent glass of wine, dusty in the smell, deliciously fruity and aromatic, with some apple, lychee, pear and gooseberries. In the mouth a fresh, elegant and light flavour, with apple and good acids.

Food pairing
Delicious in combination with white meat, salads, fish and seafood.
