This Prosecco Frizzante consists out of the Glera grape. These grapes are harvested both manually and mechanically. The fermentation takes place using selected yeasts at controlled temperature. The wine is then matured in steel tanks. The sparkling process is done using the Martinotti/Charmat method.

Tasting notes
The colour of this Prosecco is bright straw yellow. The bouquet is fresh and floral and the fruitiness of this wine comes to show.

Food pairing
Excellent as aperitif and with light salads.
