Conde Pinel Viura/ Verdejo Blanco

Grape variety/ vinification
This beautiful white wine is made from Verdejo and Viura grapes. The grapes were mechanically harvested during night and early morning hours. Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes
Clear pale lemon grass colour. Clean medium intense aromas reminiscent of citrus, lime, peach and sweet pineapple. On the palate it is off – dry, medium bodied, fruity with pleasant acidity and medium long aftertaste.

Food pairing
This wine is ideal as an aperitif, but also excellent with white meat, spicy dishes and fish in a creamy sauce. Also delicious to enjoy on a hot summer day.
