Domaine Bousquet Chardonnay (Bio)

Grape variety/ vinification
This is 100% un-oaked Chardonnay. The wine has been fermented in stainless tanks. After that, the wine aged for 4 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes
It is a wine with a bright yellow colour with green shades. In the nose it presents aromas of tropical fruits with citrus and floral notes. Concentrated notes of peach and green apple with a hint of mild spices are perceived in the mouth. The end is clean with a fresh acidity.

Food pairing
It is ideal to drink as an aperitif and with seafood, fish and goat cheese.
