Domaine Bousquet Malbec (Bio)

Grape variety/ vinification
The wine is made from organic grapes sourced mainly from vineyards in Tupungato at an altitude of 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza. It is made from 100% Malbec grapes and has been in contact with American and French oak during the fermentation. Then the wine aged for 4 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes
It is a wine with a dark violet color and reddish hues. In the nose it presents intense aromas of blackberry with notes of red and black currant and plum. The mouth highlights notes of ripe plums with a soft and elegant tannin. It has an excellent structure and a long, persistent finish.

Food pairing
It goes well with red meats, cheeses and pastas.
