Donnafugata Sur Sur Grillo


Grape variety/vinification
A beautiful white wine made of 100% Grillo grapes. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in tanks for 2 months and then at least 3 months in bottle.

Tasting notes
Brilliant straw yellow colour. On the nose SurSur offers a fresh bouquet with fruity notes of white peaches combined with scents of elderflowers and rosemary. A soft palate, the fruity notes return combined with pleasant freshness.

Food pairing
It matches perfectly with gourmet panini, vegetarian dishes, seafood starters.
