Pasos de la Capula Tempranillo (Bio)

Grape variety/Vinification
100% organic Tempranillo. The wines come from the largest winemaking region in the world, La Mancha. With low rain fall, hot days and cool nights, the 30 year plus vines are naturally low-yielding and produce wines of good concentration. The wine is unoaked, but enjoys good structure because of the natural concentration.

Tasting notes
Fantastically deep violet colour. Intense red berry fruits on the nose, clean and lively, with juicy sweetness and length on the palate.

Food pairing
Delicious with a BBQ, charcuterie and cheeses.
