Savian Pinot Grigio Venezia organic

Grape variety/vinification
This wine is fully organic. Low sulphite according to our philosophy, Pinot Grigio is produced from our vineyards after a meticulous selection from organic agricolture. This wine is a delight to the eye with its many colors changing from pale yellow to its characteristic sand color. The wineranks are located in an area with clay and limestone soil.

Tasting notes
The smell and the taste is slightly fruity , accompanied by a light note of almonds. Soft and harmonious, slightly bitter, furthermore the taste is resolutely pure and sincere, particularly drinkable and pleasant.

Food pairing
Excellent as a drink to start the evening with, perfect with fine herbs. Great with dishes such as risotto with fish and cheese.
