MED Rose IGP Mediterranee

The wines are produced according to the Terra-Vitis principle, so with respect for nature, the environment and people. The grapes are manually harvested at night under optimal (cool) conditions. Then the grapes are selected by a very modern system. This very valuable system scans every grape individually and then sorts it according to the predefined criteria. There is no better way to sort the grapes and it is only used by a few top producers of famous Grand Cru Classé Chateaus in the Bordeaux. This Rosé is made from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes.

The result is a brilliant salmon-colored Rosé. It stands out by its finesse and subtlety. Refined aromas of small red fruits, strawberries and cherries with mostly passion fruit. Pleasantly dry, very sophisticated and inviting in taste.

Excellent aperitif, but also delicious with oriental dishes, various fish varieties and light grilled dishes.
