Sogno del Sud Merlot (Bio)

Baglio Gibellina dominates the new town and vineyards of the hills in the area. The main part of the outside is the “”Baglio”, which is a courtyard of the farm surround by a series of rural shops used to collect and process the grapes. The grapes for this Sogno del Sud are hand picked at the end of september. The grapes then ferment in steel tanks with a controlled temperature of 15°C.

The wine has a ruby red color and a complexe bouquet with herbal touches. The finish is warm and flowing.

Goes very well with risotto, red meat and mature cheeses.
