100% Sauvignon Blanc from Curicó Valley
The grapes were macerated in the press for 2–4 hours prior to fermentation, which lasted 20 days at 9°–14°C with selected yeasts. The new wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation, but did remain on its lees for 3 months.

Tasting notes
Sutil Reserve Sauvignon Blanc displays a fresh-fruit aromatic profile recalling pineapple and green apple as well as the variety’s characteristic touch of citrus. Balanced acidity on the palate lends freshness and persistence.

Food pairing
Ideal with ceviche, grilled white fish, goat cheeses, green salads, vegetarian dishes, and shellfish.
