Paul Mas Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay. The grapes are selected from 2 different areas; Limoux and Pézenas. With its cooler climate, the grapes of Limoux give freshness and crisp flavours while the grapes from Pézenas bring more tropical aromas. 80% of the wine ferments for 2 weeks with selected yeast in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats whilst 20% of the wine is fermented in American oak.
This Chardonnay has a beautiful golden yellow colour. In the bouquet a lot of tropical fruit, notes of pineapple, nuts and a hint of vanilla. Full and well-balanced in taste, with plenty of fruit in the finish.
Delicious in combination with asparagus, shellfish and white meat.
