Pecorino is a local grape variety of Abruzzo. The bunches are small and the production per hectare is low. Crushing and stalk stripping, contact with the skins for about 12 hours at about 3°C, soft pressing, static clarification of the must. Fermentation of the wine at 12°C. 80% of the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks, the other 20% in oak barrels of 40hl.

Straw yellow with greenish highlights. The aromas of this wine remember white pulp fruit, especially pears. You can smell balsamic notes that reveal the good quality of the wood.

This wine is good as aperitif and excellent with fish courses.
