AllNatt Rose Cinsault/ Pinot Noir

Grape variety/Vinification
The approach chosen by Jean-Claude Mas is based primarily on a judicious selection of grape varieties, with Cinsault in the starring role. His aim is to make Cinsault the most pre-eminent grape variety in his rosé wine collection. By limiting yields, Jean-Claude Mas is able to create stunning, characterful wines that are generous, concentrated and polished. With 72 hectares of Cinsault vines in production across our estates, in each plot we are able to achieve highly concentrated and intensely perfumed grapes of great character.
