Grape variety/Vinification
This typical Mediterranean blend is made from Grenache, Vermentino, Chasan, Mauzac en Sauvignon Blanc. The soil consists of clay and limestone with gravels. Each grape variety is vinified separately. The process they use is extremely geared to get a maximum fruit, aromas and softness preservation.

Tasting notes
This blend has a golden yellow color with green reflections. In the nose complex aroma’s of lemon and white flowers which evolve into tropical fruits. In the mouth it is a fruity wine, round and soft, rich and wel balanced with a good finish.

Food pairing
This wine will be a perfectly acompany all fish dishes, curry and all light meals. Very good on its own too.
