Biscardo Lugana Morena Bianca

This beautiful wine is made of Trebbiano di Lugana grapes. The vineyards are located on a chalk-clay soil. Therefore there is a high concentration of lime, with a large quantity of rocks and stones, which makes the ground extremely suitable for the production of high quality white wines. The fermentation takes about 20 days in steel tanks. The wine is aged for about 5 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by a period of ageing in bottle.

The colour of this Lugana is straw yellow with green tones that slowly shade into gold as the wine ripens. This wine has an intense bouquet with hints of fresh herbs, flowers and fruit. This Lugana is full-bodied, with a balanced, fresh finish.

Delicious in combination with pasta, risotto, soups, shellfish, white meats and matured cheeses.
