Grape variety/Vinification
This sparkling Cava Semi-Seco is made of different grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. During the second fermentation, the Cava is in contact with lees for about 9-12 months.

Tasting notes
Pale yellow colour, fine bubbles and a persistent mousse. Beautiful aromas of yeast and a fruity background of local grape varieties, cherries and blackberries. On the palate it is young, sweet, very well balanced, fresh, elegant and lively.

Food pairing
Perfect as an aperitif and with desserts, both sweet and savoury. Also really good with sorbets and all patisserie, as its sugar content pairs perfectly with creams, biscuits, cookies and all types of pastries.
