Cielo Cabernet Sauvignon IGT Veneto

This Cielo is made of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are manually harvested. The fermentation takes place using selected yeasts under controlled temperature. The wine is then matured in steel tanks.

Tasting notes
Beautiful red color. The bouquet is intense with notes of raspberry and spices. In the mouth it is a full wine with light tannins.

Food pairing
This is a wine suitable for aging, indicated for game dishes and roasts.
