Conte di Campiano Appassimento

This Appassimento is made from 100% Negroamaro Passito grapes. The grapes are fried on the vines for three weeks and manually picked. After this follows the maceration on the skin to extract flavour and colour.

The colour of this wine is ruby red with orange tones. The bouquet has intense and complex aromas with tones of ripe fruit and spices. A good balance with subtle tannin and a light bitter in the finish.

This wine is delicious with spicy pasta, red meat and ripe cheeses.
