Domain Bousquet Chardonnay Grande

Grape variety/ vinification
This Grande Reserve is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
After harvest, the clusters are pressed at low temperature. The wine is then fermented and macerated with selected yeasts in oak barrels for 30 days. After that, the wine ages for 10 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes
It is a golden wine with green hues. In the nose it shows good aromatic intensity of tropical fruits, pear, coconut and vanilla. In the mouth it presents notes of green apple and pear with light tones of mild spices and jasmine. The soft and creamy palate provides a good volume and a refreshing acidity. Well rounded oak and candy flavors remain to the end.

Food pairing
This wine is ideal with seafood, fish and white meat served with creamy sauces.
