Domaine Bousquet Cabernet Sauvignon

Grape variety/ vinification
This beautiful red wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine ages in French and American oak for 6 months, followed by at least 4 months of bottle ageing.

Tasting notes
The wine has a dark ruby colour. Intense red berry notes mixed with sweet spice. Open-knit elegant in style, with lots of mineral notes, cherry and blackcurrant. Its bright acidity makes this a refreshing wine up until the finish. The palate is packed with ripe concentrated fruit flavors with hints of tobacco and black pepper. It shows a long structure and fine tannins.

Delicious to combine with pasta, red meat and cheese.
