Grape variety/ vinification
The grapes for this wine grow on 10 hectares of vineyards. The fermentation takes place in temperature controlled vessels where it gets an alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.

The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which grow on the slopes of several villages around the city of Chablis. The maximum value of wine that can be produced per hectare is 40 hl and has a minimum alcohol percentage of 10%.

Tasting notes
This Chablis shows a subtle hint of minerality coming from the terroir. The powerful, warm and rich Chablis is round and fleshy. The wine can be recognized by its fresh aroma of citrus, honey and candied fruits.

Food pairing
Goes very well with fish, seafood, shellfish, white meat and poultry. This wine can best be drunk within 3 – 4 years.
