Donnafugata La Fuga Chardonnay

For this beautiful wine they used Chardonnay grapes. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in tanks on its noble lees for 3 months and then at least 3 months in the bottle.

Brilliant straw yellow colour. La Fuga offers a fragrant bouquet with notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple and citrus fruit, combined with scents of meadow flowers. In the mouth it amazes with its intense sapidity combined with a pleasant touch of acidity.

It matches well with risottos, seasoned chicken, savory pies and fish dishes.
