I Muri Primitivo Vigneti del Salento

This Primitivo is made of 100% Primitivo grapes. The maceration is at a controlled temperature for 8-10 days. The wine undergoes a malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

This Primitivo has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. In the nose the aromas of red fruit and herbs come forward. This wine has a full body, is soft and harmonious with quit some tannin. Ready to drink.

Best served with savory starters, red meat, game and old cheese.
