Oropasso IGT Veneto Chardonnay/Garganega


The Oropasso is made of 60% Garganega and 40% Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards are located on a soil which is a balanced miscellany of clay , sand and silt. The wine ferments for 15 days in steel tanks en is aged for 5 months in stainless steel tanks.

Intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Delicate with floral notes and hints of citrus fruits and yellow flesh fruits. On the palate fresh, mineral and very well structured and well balanced.

This wine pairs well with pasta, risotto, soups, fish, shellfish, white meats and matured cheeses.
