Pago de Cirsus Chardonnay

Grape variety/Vinification
100% Chardonnay. The vineyards are situated on an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. The climate is continental with low rainfall. Grapes are mechanically harvested in the last week of August during nighttime.

Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow color with light green reflections. In the nose tropical fruits, mango and pineapple beautifully integrated with aromas of peach and kiwi. Compact and cool with aromatic flavor of citrus and herbs. Persistent finish.

Food pairing
Goes well with an entry paired with vegetables. Recommended with fish and shellfish as well as white meat and fresh cheese.
