Grape variety/Vinification
A tough blend of Tempranillo, Merlot and Shiraz grapes. The wine matured on oak for about 4 months.

Tasting notes
Beautiful deep red colour. Hints of cassis, cherry and black fruit in the nose. Full bodied wine with notes of cherries, plums and a hint of vanilla. A nice, full and long finish.

Food pairing
An excellent companion for a mixed grill, pasta en several poultry.
