PRIMO Malvasia/ Chardonnay

This wine consists of 70% Malvasia and 30% Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards are located in Ortana. The wine undergoes a slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C.

Vivid light yellow wine, with an intense aroma. Fruity with hints of tropical fruit. Full wine, well-balanced and a persistent finish.

Beautiful wine for starters, light pasta dishes, white meat or young soft cheeses. Also a great partner with fish.
