This wine is made from 70% Sangiovese and 30% Merlot. The maceration of the grapes takes place at a temperature between 26-28 degrees.
Deep ruby red color. On the palate intense and persistent, fruity with hints of cherries plums and vanilla. Medium-bodied wine, light tannin and well-balanced.
Delicious in combination with salami, savory starters and excellent with cold meats and cheeses.
