Grape variety/ vinification
The grapes are manually harvested from old bush vines in the early morning. Grapes where de-stemmed, gently crushed, put into 30.000 L stainless steel tanks and free run juice immediately drained off of the skins. Fermentation at 14-16 ºC during 20 days in stainless steel.

Tasting notes
Very light salmon pink color. Fresh expressive red fruit such as juicy, ripe strawberries and blossom. On the palate it is soft, silky and fruit driven with a refreshing acidity and an intense fruity finish.

Food pairing
Delicious to combine with chicken dishes.
