Rocca dei Forti Brut Spumante

This wine is made from a careful selection and second fermentation of wines produced in the best wine growing areas. Charmat method is used to produce this sparkling wine, with temperature control.

The wine is straw yellow with greenish highlights. The aroma is fine and elegant. A dry taste which is full and well-orchestrated. The perlage is fine and persistent.

Excellent as an aperitif, but also very class with all courses of a meal.
