Steffen Riesling Feinherb Cuvee #10

The grapes are from the Mosel area and they used just the best Riesling grapes for this wine. The Riesling has aged in stainless steel tanks and is medium dry.

The subtle sweetness is very pleasant, discrete and harmonious with the typical mature acidity of a Riesling. This distinctive Riesling presents its fruit with notes of apricot and peach. A pleasantly dry Riesling, yet the perfect wine for people who like their wine slightly sweet.

This wine goes very well with Asian dishes, poultry, seafood and cheese.
