Stemmari Grillo IGT

This wine is made of 100% Grillo grapes. Grillo is a local specialty and produces delicious, fresh and invigorating wine with a lot of flavour. The wine aged on lees for 5 months in steel tanks.

Nice bouquet with aromas from peaches, grapefruit, honey and almond. In the beginning there are also many fruity components like apple and pineapple and in the finish especially peach and citrus.

Goes well with seafood, pasta dishes with vegetables, white meat and baked fish. The richness and the aromatic fragrance of the Grillo makes it the ideal wine to pair with a dish such as a veal carpaccio.
