Wolfberger Riesling Signature

This beautiful white wine is made of Riesling grapes. The grapes are picked at their optimum ripeness. After alcohol fermentation, the wine matures on lees. The vinfication process brings along a dry wine.

The light yellow color with touches of green make this a beautiful wine. In the nose spicy with lemon and flowers. The freshness the nose reveals, can also be found on the palate. This Riesling is a dry wine with a refreshing character.

This wine is great with shellfish and sushi, but also pairs very well with grilled fish, roasted poultry, pasta with lemon pesto, eggplant and goat’s cheese.
