Zolla Primitivo Merlot

This beautiful red wine is a blend of Primitivo and Merlot grapes. The wine undergoes a malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in used American and French oak barriques for 6-8 months.

This wine has an intense ruby red color. In the nose aromas of ripe red fruit like cherries and berries with hints of cinnamon. The full body and soft tannine are completed bij a long lasting finish.

This wine is delicious with pasta dishes, red meat, game and cheeses.
