Sierra Noble Sauvignon Blanc

This Sierra Noble is made of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Because of the warmer climate, this Sauvignon Blanc is softer than the wines coming from cooler climates.

Tasting notes
Sauvignon blanc gives a pale yellow wine. In the nose it is very rich with citrus, tropical fruits and even a bit of spice, which invite you to take a sip. On the palate also a very vivid wine refreshing and full of taste and character.

Food pairing
Ideal with fish and salads, but also really good with goat cheese.
