Caldora Rosato Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo
The grapes are hand picked at the beginning of October and the juice is briefly macerated with the skins (about 6 hours) through a vinification in white to obtain greater colour and flavour extraction. Soft stalk-stripping, soft grape pressing, fermentation without skins for 15 days at 12°C. To ensure ideal freshness and fragrance, this Cerasuolo is fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Bright pink. Intense and persistent, delicate fragrance, very fruity with notes of small red fruits. Medium structure, intense, well-balanced, soft and round very long in the mouth.
Main courses, cheeses and white meat, good with roast fish and fish soups. Easy to drink.
