Grape variety/ vinification
This beautiful Reserve is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The wine has been aged in French oak for 10 months, followed by 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes
It is a wine with intense violet tones. In the nose it shows complex aromas such as cherry, plum, coffee, tobacco and toast. It is an elegant wine with a medium body and a well-balanced acidity, which is typical for a Pinot Noir. The wine unfolds sweet cherry in the palate with a round ending.

Food pairing
This Pinot Noir is ideal with lamb, sausages, duck and spicy food.
