Grape variety/Vinification
This beautiful blend is made from traditional grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. The soil consists of clay and limestone and the vines grow in a Méditerranean climate. The grapes ar mechanical harvested. The wine is aged on its lees with regular stirring for about 40 days in cement vats. During the ageing process, they maintain a maximum of fruit expression and concentration thanks to regular pumping-over.

Tasting notes
Pink, cherry colour. This Rosé has complexe aroma’s of cherries, toffee and floral perfumes, which evolve to soft candied fruits. In the mouth it is a rich and soft wine with a good balance. It has a fruity character and good length.

Food pairing
This wine pairs best with light dishes, grilled meat, salads, white meat, pasta carbonara and soft cheeses. It is a perfect summerwine!
