Cabernet Sauvignon is the king of the blue grapes. The grapes ripen late during the season and are very strong. This is why it loves the warm weather conditions of Chile. The wine mainly ripens in stainless steel vessels, which keeps is fruity, supple and very tasty.

Tasting notes
The wine has a deep and bright color. A juicy wine with herbal hints and very soft tannine. This makes the wine tasty and powerful, but still supple and creamy, a real charmer.

Delicious in combination with game dishes, lamb, poultry and spicy cheeses.
