Stemmari Pinot Grigio

This wine is made of 100% Pinot Grigio grapes. The harvest takes place at night in order to preserve the aromas of the grapes. After the wine fermented, it aged on lees for about 5 months.

Beautiful soft straw yellow colour. Notes of fruit that are slightly ripened, such as white peach and pear, mixed with notes of dry yellow flowers. The flavour shows a pleasant minerality and freshness.

This wine pairs very well with antipasti, raw fish and shellfish.
