Vigneti Zabu Grillo

This wine consists of 100% Grillo grapes. After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must is fermented at low temperature to enhance the aromas. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.

Straw yellow colour with golden highlights. This wine is bright, vivid and mineral, with hints of yellow flowers, peaches and citrus fruit. Full-bodied and slightly bitter at the end.

Excellent to pair with light fish dishes, such as crab, fresh cheese, risotto, couscous and fish soup. Also great with smoked fish.
