Cielo Garganega/Chardonnay

General info
This wine consists out of chardonnay in combination with the local well-known Garganega, which are both manually harvested. The fermentation takes place using selected yeasts under controlled temperature. The wine is then matured in steel tanks.

Tasting notes
The wine has a straw yellow color. In the nose notes of flowers and ripe peaches.

Food pairing
The wine is excellent as an aperitif; but is also goes well with appetizers, soups, fish and white meats.
