Vigneti Zabu Nero d’Avola

This beautiful red wine consists of 100% Nero d’Avola grapes. The grapes are pressed lightly to avoid green tannin. The maceration takes place at controlled temperature for 10-12 days and the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.

The Zabù Nero d’Avola has a ruby red colour with purple highlights. The bouquet has an expression of black fruit, cherries, balsamic and floral hints. A warm, long-lasting wine with a pleasant and juicy finish.

Excellent in combination with barbecue dishes, roasted meat and seasoned cheeses.
